How much halo do i need?

I want to run 500 mg sust/wk for 8 weeks. How much halo should i run with it to get nice and cut. I am 6'4" 245lb. i've done one cycle of sust and winny. I am 20 years old. I didn't get the results i wanted from winny so i'm gonna give halo a shot. I want to run some sust and eq, but my source doesn't carry eq anymore. Oh well, any info would be appreciated.
