I used arimidex and still got a moderate amount of gyno that occured following the week that I upped the dosage of testosterone enanthate from 500mg to 1000mg. I took 1-2mg of arimidex everyday that week and my tits still started itching and got very sore at the end of the week. The whole soreness/itchiness thing lasted about 2 weeks. At the end of this period of time my nipps had gone from being a little under the size of a quarter to being the size of a half dollar. It was not a good experience.

Horny, how are your nipps now, i.e. are they puffy, swollen??
I going to get mine cut out on Monday. I think once you have the swelling under the niplle it's hard to stop and reverse it. That means there is tissue build up.
If the gland started to swell then Nolvadex may help reverse it. But don't just bluntly stop Nolva without reducing your test level, otherwise you will get it back from the rebound effect. That is how I got mine.

Gyno doesnt make the diameter of your nip bigger its a lump underneat the skin. If you really did use arimidex 2mg a day you wouldn have gyno.

The ultimate gyno protection is Anastrazole (liquidex or arimidex) and maybe toss in some nolva if your really paranoid.

I started to get it when I was using a 1000mg of suspension a week with only .25mg of armidex a day. This was because of an self-proclaimed "gear expert" at my gym (in fact he only has done one cycle... and gained a whopping 4 lbs, LOL) kept on telling me that the amount of armidex needed to stop the conversion of 500mg test is the same as 1000mg of test, because it works by eliminating the conversion enzyme. From practical experience I know this is utter bullshit... If you are doing a gram or more of test you should go with at least .5mg ED (if you are prone to gyno). The other option is doing what Slopain said, which is armidex and nolva at the same time. Armidex will help prevent the brunt of the conversion, while any estrogen that gets through will be blocked at the receptor by the nolva.
