How much glucose pwo?

I'm pretty sure I posted this here two days ago. I think it was deleted.

I'm wondering how to calculate how much glucose is ideal postworkout for a say 128lb female after 40min of cardio.

The goal is fat loss.

Too much glucose would result in a blood sugar spike, followed by a large insulin response, followed by a drop in blood sugar.
 
yep perfect for post workout. Basically you need to replenish stores of Glucose so your body won't muscle as main source of eneregy, I go for a half cup of either OJ or Grapefruit juice with a protein shake of only water of about 30-40g. the insuling spike will help shuttle in protein, then your next meal should incorporate longer branched proteins, so they get absorbed over time.

for fat loss interval training will help more due to the stress on the body will initiate more anabolic hormones being secreted and will also ramp up one's metabolic rate. This added with muscle sparring effect of interval training will shed the fat very quickly
