How Much GHB

The GHB i am getting comes in a powder form.

Can someone tell me howmuch To mix with water for a 220lb person.

I just to maybe get a buzz on the weekends, but mainly for a sleep aid.

if it's pure, it's usually 1tsp per use. start low and work your way up. i'm 225lbs and couldn't walk for 30 minutes off of 1.25 tsp.

You want to mix 2 grams of GHB or 2000 mg of powder per cap full.

Or another way to do it is mix 200 grams per 16 oz (500ml) pop bottle. That would give you about the same amount.

At this point, a cap (5 ml ) or a teaspoon (also 5 ml ) will do you fine!

I am only telling you how to use the stuff because I don't want you to get hurt. My advice to you is....don't use it as a sleep aid. Yeah it works....it works great. If you use it a lot...your sleep will get fucked up pretty bad from it.

2 caps do me good. I am a bit smaller though @ 190. I've been taking it for a while though.
