How much GH is to much???

I just went to 6iu ed. How high have you guys went untill you said enough is enough??

I still can't go over 4 iu's. Parts of my body go numb. The last time the outside of my left foot was numb for a few days. I've also become numb on both pinky fingers. Those are the signs for me!

I have not experianced any sides yet except better sleep and major fat loss in my stomach. The closest thing to a side which I have noticed is pins and needles in my hands and feet once and a while but I am unsure if that is from the gh or not.

That GH sleep is something else. Love it! If you recently went up to 6iu's I dont think you will notice it right away. Give it a week and see if that pins and needles sensation occurs (I think that is the GH BTW) but if it gets bad just drop your dosage to your previous dosage and it will go away in a few days. It did for me.

When you're starting out with it 6iu is the upper limit but most the high dose users I know take 9iu/day. But you'll get sore hands going that high if you're not used to it.

It's not Ulter -- it's the frickin board or connection or something. The server's running real slow. I keep waiting for everything to load, and want to keep clicking it over again, cuz it looks like the first one didn't take.

6 iu's seems like alot BTW. I've heard celebrex will reduce the sides. I just keep the GH at 3iu per day, otherwise I cramp up and get numb.

Thanks for the replys. I will keep it at 6 for as long as I can, and will let you guys know if I get any sides. So far so good.
