I am going to be filtering alot of gear and was wondering how many filters I'm going to have to buy. What is the greatest amount of gear that one .45 filter can handle before it loses its effectivness or clogs? I was thinking something like 50ml. Anyone?

want to stay clean don't go over 100ml. it kinda also depends on what kind of compound you are making too. such as deca, i feel you could push it a little. test. esters, no.
That's hard to know. It depends on the contaminant volume in the oil. Rule of thumb for me is 30ml per filter. I have had them clog on UG gear after 6ml.
I did 75 ml of Test Enan with one and had no problem. I use a 60cc syringe and a caulking gun and it really makes it easy. But I keep a couple extra on hand in case I bust one.
