How much flax do you take...and with what?

Hey everyone.....new member here.

I just started incorporating ground flax seed into my diet. After researching I decided to go with 2 tbl spoons per day. One in the morning and one at night mixed with a glass of skim milk.

I grind 2 or 3 days worth at a time and then store it in the frige. From what I've read this should keep the nutrients from going bad.

Just wondering how you guys do it and if you have noticed any effects that you attribute to flax.
 
Put it in oatmeal or meals consisting of meat + veggie meals. At the moment just latter.


EFFECTS
Diarrhoea and flatulence, if you go overboard. No effects otherwise (but I eat salmon daily, so there were never probably going to be any omega 3 benefits for me).

It is probably the most nutritious food in the seed or nut variety though, only drawback is that fatty foods are one of the few good sources of vit E, and flax has none
