How much Fat?

Going through my meals and coming up with the calorie,proten and carb intake. Unfortunately I gonna get some fat. I was just curious how much Fat should a person actually have in there bulking diet?
 
All depends on the person and where the fat is coming from. I get about 60-70 grams of fat in my normal bulk diet but the majority come from Flaox, EFA's and Nuts

Wow I came up with 153 grams daily but it mostly came from regular food. I stayed away from the nuts judst for that reason.
bread
cottage cheese
baked beans
eggs
grapefruit
apples
beef
chicken
rice
mashed potatoes(powered)
are the only real food I am getting.
 
I am having a very hard time getting in all my cals while keeping fat intake low. I think dbol is lowering my appetite. I'm relying too much on shakes and my gains are slowing down.

Sometime this week I'm going to get a bucket of KFC. Yes, I'd rather be able to swallow more dry, plain chicken breasts, but they just make me gag right now.

My point is, if you need to get some fat to make the food taste good enough to get it all in, ok. It is very hard to bulk effectively without gaining any fat. I'll accept a bit of fat now and get rid of it later.

I would try to keep your fat intake between 1/4 and 1/2 gram per pound of bodyweight.
