How much extra fat does clen help shed?

Hey guys how much extra fat does clen usually help shed if taken in 2 weeks intervals. And is it all fat or do you guys find that you lose a good amount of muscle too? And im talking on steroids. thanks!
 
snorted a clen 200mcg cap one night, hell, next morning woke up 10lbs. lighter.


if you even want to burn more fat, stack clen with a winny only cycle. I heard winny shreds fat off you without diet or exercise. (but this is only if you drink the winny, the winny injects make you bloat so i've heard)
 
I think the point he's trying to make is there is no answer to your question....the clen will help you burn calories, in turn aid in burning fat off. How much is entirely up to you.....depending on how strict you keep your diet/weight and cardio training.
 
I've read that clen has an anticatabolic effect and some claim it can help add muscle mass, although I personally doubt this. Anyway, clen should not cause you to lose muscle mass.
 
its a valid post bro...i'm curous as well..is it really worth it??? OBVIOUSLY assuming diet and training is in check....we don't need to always reiterate that to get a serious response do we???....damn..
 
I think is what yo ulose is more size than muscle. the size you are losing is fat. Yes some muscle may leave but that is mainly due to the extra cardio you do. I would be intersted to see what the more experienced guys on here say that have used it and are tuned into thier body fat and lean mass ratios.
 
it will increase the rate of protein and fat being burned in the body. For bodybuilders that appears to be the primary use of the drug. This thermogenisis and an increase in the rate of fat being burned usually has as a result that the metabolic rate of the subject its much higher and he burns more calories. This in turn results in loss of adipose tissue (the shedding of fat in other words) revealing a leaner physique with cuts and striations. The downside to this effect is that there is a concomitant rise in the rate of protein being burned. Where fat is robbed from the fatty tissue in the body, protein is generally robbed from the muscle. As with all catabolic hormones, in time muscle loss can and will occur.
 
damn, will it at all help in not losing muscle?, Or is steroids the only thing that will help that. I plan on being on if and when I ever use clen anyhow.....
 
no doubt. It seems every time anyone ask a question about clen a goof has to say that. Its very clear that diet and exercise have to be in order as well... F%CK Anyways im on my 2nd day of clen with a good diet. Ill let you know bro ez
 
its hard to say how much extra itll help, i myself on a 3 week diet, eating roughly 200kcal a day + clen i dropped 14pounds, which was all fat :)
 
Clen does work. My lifting partner lost nearly 30 lbs of fat running clen in 2 week intervals. He did this for about 3 months although I do remember him taking a longer than 2 week break in there to give his receptors a rest. He was very strict on his cardio though and had his diet in check pretty well. I never noticed any loss in muscle though while he was on it. He actually put on muscle mass while on it. Best part about it was that he got member of the month and his before and after pictures put up on the bulletin board at the gym because of his great gains. I'm currently starting my 2nd week of clen, but am running it for a month straight since I'm running ketotifen with it. I don't need to lose a lot of fat but using it for purposes of getting pretty cut before my cycle in a month. Just keep your diet and exercise up to par and you should notice results.
