how much eq should I add with 500mg test? 750mg?

I have been researching different cycle options with test, and now I am thinking about a 12-week cycle of test and eq.

If I run test at 500mg, how much eq should I add? What if I run the test at 750?

I like to run 500 test and 400 eq but that is a lot of gear bro. How long you have been at this should determine if you can/need that much gear. Be safe bro. The EQ is great for my appetite. I would not recommend running 750mg of sust. I just really doubt that you need that much gear. Good luck to you bro.

What are current statistics and goals?

400 - 600 mgs EQ respectively should be more than sufficient.

Make sure you factor in the necessary ancillaries.

thanks guys. I am currently 6'1", 210, 9%bf. I have a friend who is 5'9", 170, 7%bf and he wants to do 500mgs test, so I thought I might need more since I am heavier. is that wrong?

If this is your first few cycles, 500mgs of test should be more than enough to give you great gains, I personally do better with EQ @ 600 mgs/wk but everyone is different. You just have to run it and see how you respond, and make adjustments if you choose to run another cycle.

I'm 6'3" 234 at a little less than 10%. I just started 500mgs test ew with 600mgs EQ ew. This is the most I have used ever. I usually have outstanding results!

thanks guys. if 500,g test + 400mg eq is too much, would 500mg test + 200 mg eq be better? or would the eq dosage be ineffective at that level?

600mg of eq seems to be the optimal dosage for risk/benifit.
