I'm not sure you're going to notice much benefit to bumping up to 750 for just 2 weeks in the middle of you cycle? the usual philosphy is to maintain a consistant test level once you get enough built up to where you want in your system. Someone posted this link a while ago to help determine where you test levels will be throughout your cycle. You can adjust the variables to your satisfaction. you might find it helpful.
