1. Normal Blood Pressure. Below 120 Dystolic and 80 Systolic (120/80)
2. Pre-hypertension is (120 - 139) Dystolic and (80 - 89) Systolic
3. Hypertension is (140 - 159) Dystolic and (90 - 99) Systolic
4.Anyhting over 160 Dystolic and over 100 Systolic 160/100 is considered
VERY dangerous.
With AAS you would normally be at stage 2. But with cardio and good diet, you can bring it down to stage 1. Cutting/maintenance.
However, during Bulking...you will most likely be in stage 3, because of the sodium intake from the quantity of food you eat. You will most likely be hypertensive when you bulk.
L-Taurine (An amino Acid) at 10-15g/day will lower your BP by a fairly significant amount. I would certainly recommend using it during a bulking cycle. It's very cheap. 500g for like $12.
