How much, compared to your body weight, do you squat ?

ie you weight 200 lbs and you squat 200 lbs => 100%
ie you weight 200 lbs and you squat 300 lbs => 150%
 
just below parallel - 225 x 10 x 3 sets with 1 minute breaks, at 204. so ~110%. never maxed out or did low reps sets.

I haven't squated in two months, my back was bothering me, and i have been going to the chiro so i didn't want to push it, and they told me to lay off real heavy lifting for the first month or two. Tomorrow i teach myself box squats, that should be quite the experience, lol.

cool bro..yeah ive been there before with the injury thing!! I know ur just itchin to want to dive back in just ease in follow the doc's orders..youll be back in no time..good luck

5 sets of 5 with 315...most ever done with moderate weight...my form sucks...im not to flexiable...but definetley a solid 5 sets of 5...@ 260 lbs
 
eh never maxed out on squats...but i do my 5x5 at 290 and im 180. soooo i figure i could probably max at 350 or so. i dont know what that makes my percentage.
