How much do you sleep??

We all know how important rest is, but how much do you really get a night on a regular basis. During the week I average probably 6-7 hours and on Friday and Saturday nights about 12, I love to sleep in on the weekends. Also if I remember correctly your body releases growth hormone when you sleep and cortisol when your awake. So does this mean that when ever you take a nap you get the GH or is it only at night when you've been sleeping for awhile. What actually triggers the GH release?
 
I need to start getting my ass in bed before midnight, but it's so hard to do when you have 5 roommates in a big party house, there is always something fun to do until late.
 
i usually feel great with 5-7 hours of sleep with the occasional nap during the day after training but for some reason, going over 8 hours of sleep is a no..no..no for me. i'm pretty much like a zombie for the rest of the day!! tb
 
Some days I get 8-10, some days I can only get 6-7. I try to get as much as I can, but stuff happens.
