T Texas Ranger New member Oct 20, 2003 #8 Yeah, a guy from the Anabolic Fitness board found this out a while back. He weighed it with a digital scale several times and took the average. 1/4 cup= 37.5 grams, 1/3= 50 grams, and 1/2 cup= 75 grams...
