hi guys, ive been informed that creatine mixed with a sugary type of drink/juice or dextrose (powder) goes well and helps creatine reach the muscles. Now i know some of you dont believe in loading phases but i will just try it and see how i go.. if im loading for 20g a day for 5 days, and taking 4 doses of 5 g of creatine each day.. (eg. breakfast, lunch, pre and post), how much dextrose should i mix with each of those 4 doses of 5g of creatine?
by the way im taking creatine monohydrate (doesnt contain no sugar).
