how much deca is enough for joint pain!!

want to include the deca in the my cycle for joint pain but don´t really wanna do too much of it just enough to really get my joints in to action so i won´t have to worry about them.

Well the reason that aromatizable and a few other AS give you a little joint relief is due to the fact that they make you hold water. This water retention helps to lubricate the joints. It's hard to say how much Deca would actually make you hold enough water to relieve joint pain. It's going to differ person to person. But I'd say try 400mg a week.
 
Excellent post JD Slim.................a topic that's not covered that often, is deca for joint relief. Here's some karma bro.
 
100-200mg/wk seems to work fine for joints.
 
Then according to you if you did creatine it would help your joints while on a winny only cycle ??

need deca´s help but don´t want it to get personal

one of the things i´m aiming including deca is joint relif... fundamental cus my main objective is strength and during cycle i don´t really whant to be troubled with my joint.

a friend of mine always has a laugh when i tell him deca will be good for his joints (he is a big big smoker... lol)

ps: other things i´m going to use for my joint

basic multivit
glucosamine
and a whoping 10.000.000mg of h2o taken orally in divided doses
good technique in heavy lifts
 
I had a shoulder dislocation (mild but significant) and after 30 days it would still fall out of the socket when doing anything athletic (running, even laughing...).

I took 300mg week 1, 200mg for 2-3 weeks, and then 150mg the last week.

My shoulder went from 50% to 92% in about 3 weeks and today is better than my other shoulder.

I wasn't even able to lift when I started but after a couple of weeks I could do anything except lat pulldowns or pullups. Anything includes - deads, cleans, bench, etc...
