How much dandilion/caffine?

I'm using dandilion and caffine as a diuretic, but I don't know how much I should be taking? Anybody know the answer? Yes I know there are stronger diuretics out there.

that's a good question jubei i was wondering myself.. i did seem to loose quite a bit of water in a day or two using dandelion root (which is taraxacum). but I took 10 grams (20 500mg capsules from 'now') and drank 4 gallons of water so don't take me as an example

I followed the doasges for the dandelion root that were on the bottle. I wanted to start off with lower dosages because i didn't know how it would work and I was pissing every 45 minutes for 2 days. It was annoying but worked great.

I'm on of those guys that looses fat in the speed of light.. faster than people who use DNP (and I'm not). but i have problems in the adding weight deparmtnet...fuckin hardgainer non responsive to juice.. whatever.. at least i can loose the fat.
