DTOX New member Oct 16, 2001 #6 I'd say go for 10-15g/day if you're on ox. 5g/day is enough if you're not on anything, but because of the ox I think you can really use 10-15g/day. Best times are when you wake up (before breakfast) and post-workout as somone else already said.
