DONT BE ON CLEN more than 2 weeks STRAIT, it is awesome and works great but it will shut done your beta receptors, you need those 2weeks off to make them get back to normal, or you will start losing alot of muscle, lots, so 2weeks clen 30mcg, work ur way up to no more than 100mcg,(you could go as high as 140, but its your first so u wouldnt have to..) then after 2weeks get on E.C.A., ephedrine, caffine asprin, the synergy of those work almost as well as clen! its an awesome stack, youll barely notice your not on clen, but just cycle it like that, after 8weeks(2weekclen,2eca,2weekclen, 2weekeca) you should be RIPPED, that all depends though on diet and cardio, but you have the potential to be, so DO IT, Gluck man
