I took potassium as well, and something else maybe... taurine? I forget lol. I know I took potassium though, and I was fine building up to 240mcg/day. After two weeks on ECY, I started back at 240/day, I took 120mcg at once, and THEN I did get the shakes pretty badly the first day, but they were gone again by day 3. Never any cramping or anything else, but I don't know if it helped any on fat loss either. I'll stick to ECY, phentermine/ritalin/dexedrine, T3, those work!
