how much clen

for my spring/summer cutter I was gonna add Clen & Ephedrine,
2 weeks clen then 2 weeks ephedrine and then repeat for my 12 week cycle.

Can anyone recommend a safe/moderate dosage of clen for this cycle?

AAS used for this are....

Test...300mgs...1-10
Primo...400mgs...1-12
May add some papervar at 35-40 mgs p/d from weeks 6-12

Already got myself at an all-time low BF at 5.8% at 5'6 151lbs
Goal is 165lbs at 6-7%.

Most suggest that you start at 40mcg (1 tab) per day and then increase by 1 tab each day until you reach your tolerance (start to get the shakes) and then back off 1 tab. Since you are very lean, I think only 1 or 2 tabs daily would be enough

You might consider running the clen after your cycle (3 weeks straight) for anti-catabolic effects.

Running the var at the beginning of your cycle might be more beneficial for kickstarting.

For PCT (3weeks) you could consider:
25-50mg/day Provirion
20mg/day Nolvadex
follow with 3 weeks clen

This should giver your muscles a distinct hardness.

Example of a first cycle:

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to
normal gradually)
Day14: 60 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

Example of a second cycle:

Day1: 60mcg
Day2: 80mcg
Day3: 80mcg
Day4: 100mcg
Day5: 100mcg
Day6-Day12: 120mcg
Day13: 100 mcg
Day14: 80 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

I did hear that Clen is very good for PCT as well as Nolv
