How much clen do u guys use

im doing clen right now and i was wondering how much do u guys use i use 6 to 6 1/2 a day .........also when do u guys take it and in how many times a day......what time is too late so it doesnt keep u up

I've found my limit is 9. I'm using Ventolase. I take them in groups of 3 about 1.5 hours apart. I get a little shaky but no head aches. I'll probably bump it up to 10 after I take my two weeks off.

I get all the sides from clen and no benefits.. T3 and ECA are so much more effective.
