How Much Cardio On My Cycle??

im on prop100 mg a day/eq 500 a week,and fina 75 a day,right now im at 184 11% bodyfat,my weight was increasing until i started fina,then it dropped like a mofo,i was doing an hour of cardio in the morning and an hour at night,since4 adding the fina,i know thats wayyyy too much cardio and i probably burned of some lean muscle,how much cardio should i be doing a day??
 
Just do 20 - 30 minutes on yer off days... or 3 - 5 times a week...
 
I only have one off day per week and I do a small amount of cardio per day. At the beginning of each work out, I do 15 minutes of moderately intense cardio to reach my target heart rate. Then I stay at a fairly high intensity level during my workout to keep my heart rate in the target range...My whole work out, oncluding the 15 minutes of cardio takes around 50 minutes
 
I do an hour every morning, if I'm training at night I do 30 minutes PW as well, if it's a n on-training day I hit an hour in the evening. So 1.5-2 hours/day.

Will this work for everyone...NO. Does it work for me? Hell Fuckin yeah...melts that fat off my like nothing else without sacrificing any LBM....providing I'm on gear :).
