im on prop100 mg a day/eq 500 a week,and fina 75 a day,right now im at 184 11% bodyfat,my weight was increasing until i started fina,then it dropped like a mofo,i was doing an hour of cardio in the morning and an hour at night,since4 adding the fina,i know thats wayyyy too much cardio and i probably burned of some lean muscle,how much cardio should i be doing a day??
