How much Cardio & Cals ?

I am cutting using some durabolin, eca/clen, dbol

I was wondering how much a small guy like me (170lb) who needs to loose 10 pounds of fat tissues should :

1) Calories Eat a day.
2) How much high-intensity(170bpm) aerobics on an empty stomach in the morning(Duration/ Days a week)

All this withOUT loosing LBM. Also how much time can it take me to loose those 10 lbs of fat

How tall are u? exactly why are you going to be cuttingwith deca/d-bol stack? Give us some cycle history, goals and height.

Unless you're under 5'8 I highly doubt you need to loose fat. More than likely you need to gain some muscle mass to increase your metabolic rate. Most people who try to loose fat at an already low bodyweight only spin the wheels and go no where.
 
You guys are into helping or what? I am an experienced bodybuilder for over 4 years. Please don't give me bullshit like I don't need to cut if I'm 170lbs. I do need to cut because I have a lot of fat tissues covering mostly my mid-section.

Just answer my questions please. I am no rookie, just wanted to hear some other people's epinions.

About the dbol and deca. Well that's what I currently have. Not exactly the best combo for cutting, but as many mods and vets told me before starting this thing, every aas can be used for cutting/preserving muscle mass. Even dbol or deca for that matter.

Now, can you please try to give you epinion on the calories and duration questions I first posted?

no offense bro, but you cant blame them from being curious why an experienced bodybuilder who calls himself "a small guy" would choose dbol and deca as first choices for a cutting stack.

You've got a point bro, but it's just that many times when some guy asks a question, many start asking questions and suggestions which are in no way going to help the bro out. So when someone asks a question, you may ask why are you using this cutting cycle (Dbol/deca or shit), but at least you (not perosonally you of course) can be really helpful and also answering the question.
