How much carbs ina CKD

Im considering a CKD but I keep getting conflicting views on how much carbs I can consume on a CKD, I've read that you can use as much as 20g of carbs if you spread it through out the day and I've read that no more than 4g of carbs are to be consumed. How much carbs can I take?
 
How much Carbs

It really depends on who you ask. Dr Atkins allows 20g per day, Dr Mauro DiPasquale says 30g per day, and Dan Duchaine says to get as close to 0 as possible. In the long run it really doesn't make that much of a difference, but it seems most people do best off getting as close to zero carbs as possible. This makes it easier to reach ketosis as fast as possible, since everyone's different as to how many carbs they can tolerate before achieving ketosis.
 
The 4 grams is probably what someone suggest as a most PER meal, assuming 5 or 6 meals a day. Personally I stay as close to 0 as I can, but I've stayed in keto through 4 or 5 gr in a meal. But then sometimes I'm a complete idiot like this morning and grab and guzzle a 1 litre of caf. free pepsi instead of diet caf free pepsi and screw the whole keto idea up :(.
But there are thankfully quick ways back in hehehe
 
I've done a kteo diet and found out that I can eat up to 45 grams of carbs a day, and still stay in ketois. YMMV. Play around with it--it's not like ketosis is so hard to get back into.
 
I go with safety rather then anything else. Keep carbs at 10 for now, and after 4 week you can up them to 15 then every week up by 5 util you reach 20-25.

Just keep them low for safety, trust me, getting kicked out of ketosis is not worth the extra few carbs.

What is the quickest way to get back into ketosis??? I screwed up today
 
I would recommend shooting for a trace amount of carbs at first and after you hit ketosis maybe youll be able to raise it to around 15-25g. I would go any higher than 30g though no matter what.
