I usually just snort it - there are more pathways to the bloodstream that way and also you avoid the digestive track which is just full of bacteria anyway - you can't trust bacteria. you never know what they are doing down there to your gear.

if you mix it with some coke, it makes a good "pick-me-up" before workouts too.
