W Warik Guest Feb 7, 2002 #9 Actually, kickbacks are a good exercise if done with good weight. Running around with pink dumbbells isn't going to do shit, but if you use an appropriate weight you will see progress (as I have). Doing 25lbs now. Going to try 30 next week. -Warik
