How much can you inject into your quads??

Ok, guys...It's time to move on from the glutes to the quads now....just wondering how much I can inject safely here. 2cc's? 3cc's?

i have done 3 cc's with no problem, but i always use a cotton ball to make sure that no gear comes out when the needle is pulled out.

I wouldn't go any higher than 3ccs...but I've known people to do more....

Its all about comfort, I have decent sized quads (28"+) and 2cc's is nothing.
