How much BF can one expect when on an agressive cycle?

I'm starting a cycle on wednesday. It will include sus250, deca, & dbol. I know I can expect to bulk and must eat BIG but how much BF can I expect to gain? I don't want to put any extra on, of course, but with an agressive cycle is it even an option? I know the quality of food has a lot to do with that but once again do I have a choice if I am bulking?

Also, in your expierence is there a lot of water retention with that combo?
 
The dbol is definitley going to cause some water retention. But eating clean is always the most solid way to go while on or off. Even though you need a lot of calories, etc. Don't get it from junk food. Eat a lot of red meat, chicken, etc. This will cut down on the amount of fat you gain. It's hard to say how much BF you're going to gain, everyone is different. But eating clean will help minimize it.
 
some people use the 'bulking' excuse to eat everything in sight.
and although you DO need a lot of calories per day, dont let junk food and ice cream become a daily thing.

eat clean, but eat a lot. every 2-3 hours.

forget about the fat gained... you can always shed it off later.
 
How hard do you want it to be to cut back down? A couple % BF increase is okay, but much more then that and cutting will become a nightmare. Also once you've bulked a lot it's hard to eat less. Trust me, I'm the ultimate example of bulking gone wrong. Loss of definition is one thing, flab is another.
 
Thanks for the input. I have a crazy ass slow metabloizm so cutting has always been a nightmare. I will prolly do an intense cut cycle after I bulk or look at DNP as a solution. Only time will tell. No excuses though, I will keep it clean.
 
whatever you do don't mess with dnp.......i know some will say its safe,my opinion is anything that kill cells is not good for you,dnp is used in explosives,insecticide,fertlizer...and such!
