How much Armidex would you use alongside 400 mg of test a week to keep pretty dry during the cycle (I will be clean bulking and cutting down a bit as well. I don't want bloat or extra water on me.

0.5mgs ED , its about the dosage I recommend with 400-500mgs of test

While arimidex does have a 72 hour half life, taking it E3D is not feasible in those dosages and will not control estrogenic side effects.

Studies have shown about a 40-50% decrese in estrogen level with the use of 0.5mgs-1mg ED of Arimidex, so even at the proper 1mg ED dosage you would only be cutting your estrogen in half.

Yet again, you miss the core point of my post:

Using 0.25mgs of arimidex E3D will not provide proper protection against estrogenic side effects on this cycle.

Would the amount of Arimedex need to be adjusted if you were running Finsteride with the 500mgs of test ?
