How much Arimidex??

Good afternoon,

I am getting ready to start a cycle in another week. I have been on cypionate for over a year at basically 200mg a week (took 400mg a week for a few months too). I have now been off for 2 weeks and doing HCG (10,000 IE total over the 2 weeks) before starting the new cycle.

I am thinking I will use 400mg week of Deca and 500mg week of Cypionate for 8 - 10 weeks total. From what I have read I think I should cut the Deca at week 8 and continue the Cypionate for a few more weeks. Is this correct? I was going to shoot both on Mon & Thurs. Is it okay to mix them in the same shot??

Also what level of Arimidex should I be using during the cycle?

My trainer has told me I should start a low dosage of HCG about half way inot the cycle (he said to do about 100 IU a day during the last half of the cycle.)

I realize this is a lot of questions, but I have read a lot of posts here and seem to find a lot of contradictory information so I figured I would present my exact scenario to you guys and see what you think.

Yes you can mix them in the same shot and run the Cyp for a week past the Deca and start your PCT 2 weeks after your last shot. Run Arimidex through out until PCT is finished at .50mg/Day.

If you haven't bought the deca, I'd go npp.

I like things simple and start and stop it all at once.

a-dex is strong. Start at 0.5 mg eod and see what happens. Don't immediately increase it just because a nipple gets a little tender. That comes and goes.

You can also lighten up a bit and add an oral ... like tbol, var or dbol. Makes results happenn faster. I like dbol naps.

I would run the deca for longer than 8 weeks too. Maybe 10 or 12 weeks and yes run the test a couple of weeks longer than the deca.

And yeah, Adex is strong so you may only need .5mg ed. I ran 1mg ed throughout my last cycle and I could have definately done less. But I had absolutely NO BLOAT whatsoever.
