how much arimidex or nolva???

i'm going to be taking 500mg of sus, 200mg of deca, and 25mg of d-boll for first 3 weeks and want to know which of these i should take and how much each day to make sure i don't hold water or get bitch tits... thanks...

I would rather be safe than sorry so I would use .5mg arimidex ed. You may be able to get by with half that though. DOnt use nolva unless you get gyno symptoms.
