How much Arimidex is enough?

I know it comes in both liquid and pill....How much liquid is enough?.And how often?....6'2-249LBS 9% BF

It depends on the person and his goal. I like to keep my estrodiol as low as possible. This minimizes water and fat gain and helps with natural test inhibition. I have found an dose of 1mg per 250mg test does the trick.

If your just looking to prevent gyno, you can get by with less. I personally would not go lower than 1mg per day.

it's all going to depend on how large your cycle is, your current gyno state, and how you react to it.

if you were taking 500mg test and 300mg deca - probably only .5mg EOD, maybe more if you're gyno prone.

with 1g of test a week maybe up to 1mg ED.
