How much and how often do you chalk up??

I only recently started using chalk for deads since my grip was slipping with the heavier weight. It solved the problem completely I feel that my grip is ready for twice the weight right now when using chalk. I also started using chalk on bench day for the 5x5 portion I feel much more comfortable with the bar when the grip is perfect.

I used to always make fun of the chalkers in the gym but now that I am one I realize what I had been missing. I do however realize that I'm now being made fun of but I just hate a slippery grip and I hate wearing gloves.
 
I try to avoid chalk until the last few sets of deads. That's it though.

I actually saw someone come today and take some of the remaining chalk for...lat raises. The guy was pretty big but only doing 30 lbs. I didn't know what to say.

People used to always tell me I was hardcore for using chalk. I had a girl once ask me if it was cocaine, so of course I said yes. :D Anyways, I generally use a little bit of chalk on all lifts since the bars at my gym are really slippery, but I dont really get crazy with the stuff unless I am doing deads.
 
I only use it for my working sets for deads
 
i chalk up on deads and all my olympic movements......

I also chalk the shit out of my neck, hands, and shotputs when I throw.
 
When I do strongman, I chalk up

1. My palms including around all thumbs
2. My socks (I do events barefoot)
3. My face
4. My chest and shoulders
5. Some of it gets on my hair
6. I even like to snort it, makes me look hardcore
 
i use on just about everything just to keep my hands dry...i dont think i can pick up a weight that my grip cant hold anyways...my back will give out before my grip does so its not like i could get more weight bc im usin chalk

Uhh...BIG joke...right?

I chalk on basically every day in the gym. I normally end up with chalk everywhere on my clothes by the end of the training session...lol.
