How much Anavar in this cycle

My stats are 32 6'0 229 bf 12%. This is my 3rd cycle.
I'm thinking of 500mg week of Test E
400mg week of EQ
I have 5mg Var. How much var per day?How long?
Anti E is Adex, Pct clomid. How would you put this together?

1-10 test @ 500 mgs
1-10 eq @ 400 mgs
6-12 var @ 60 mgs
pct 12-15 clomid
arimidex throughout
