How much anabol?

I wanted to take anabol for the first four weeks of my cycle. Cycle is test prop at 500 a week for 10 weeks. Im not sure how much anabol to take. I've heard as low as 20mg and as high as 150mg per day. Im 175 lbs. Anabols will be 5 mg British dispensory. Please let me know. Thanks

biggie i would say anywhere from 20 to 40 mgs to kick off i personally like 30 mgs it feels good and gets me started up too much u get way to much water quick and then u come off those and well u shrink up and a steady dose i find is better i mena u could go 50mg but u do not need more than that, i was once on 90 mg ED and i looked like a chunker not good in my book.

For your first time i'd just do 30mg. That will be plenty for you this time. No reason to do more than you have to. Your liver will thank you for it.
