How much ALA should you take?

I found out my liver enzymes are high and I am almost finished with my cycle. Anyone here know the recommended dosage. Also does anyone have any info. on how ALA effects the liver. Thanks,

Doseage and A Good Place To Get It

Doses for your pupose should start at 600mg/day and work its way up to as high as 2,000mg/day.
