how much 5-htp to kill carb cravings?

these nightly carb cravings are killing me so i got some 5-htp from walmart. There 50mg capsules. how much should i take to calm the cravings?

How much was it at Walmart? Was it Spring Valley brand?

im not sure how much it was, i just through it in with all the other groceries and didnt even check. probably 10-15 bucks? somewhere around there. its natrol brand.
