Ive taken up to 6 of those extra strength 7.5mg vic's without a problem, 4 at once and 2 more an hour later. You should be all set with 3. Be careful with those anyway, there pretty addictive, nice way to get in a quick rut.

53 vicodins is ok, however 55 vicodins and you will most likely die, there is a little play there so be cautious.

It really depends on your tolerance to opiates bro, its different for everybody. 3 of the 7.5mg's would be about what I would need to feel nice. The bad thing about hydrocodone is it'll make you itch like a mofo.
