I'm not really looking to gain any muscle at all. I just want to lose some bodyfat and maybe get some additional strength but only if I can do so w/o additional weight. I'm trying to get lighter for cycling so muscle is a really low priority right now. Unless the IGF-1 also contributes to fat loss I'd rather pass on it.
I am 6 months into a sermorelin, test, HCG, and adex HRT. Deep sleep and leaning out nicely. I never considered IGF-1 since GH indirectly causes muscle growth by stimulating the release of IGF. My thought is that I have it covered with the release of natural GH using sermorelin.

Hey 4T - I know you are supposed to use IGF-1 4 weeks on 4 off but I don't know if you can do that forever - do you ever come off?? Please share your schedule with us.
I ran it twice 4 weeks on 3 weeks of 1.5 years ago. I am actually thinking, no I am going to do my first show next April so I am going to run 4 on 3 off until then! I have already run one IGF and GH combo and the 10IU protocal GH is d-bomb! I know of guys that run back to back to back.
