i try not to drink more than 2 out of 8 total meals. but if you do it right you can drink more. you can make it healthier by adding a little broccoli and depending on the time of day evoo, anpb, egg whites, powdered oats ect. i maintained my weight before with nothing but shakes for 2 whole weaks. went through a rough family time and couldnt eat. i drank 6 or more muscle milk shakes per day. i was smaller then maybe around 180lbs 5'5'' 15%bf.
