Are we talking deadlifting/squat days or off days? One thing is for sure. You dont use it, you lose it. So even if you save up for the supersoaker battle, you need to at least pop wood a couple times a day to keep your T. AN invaluable tip. Stay as active as normal days without as much action.
I also like George's article, and getting back to advertisements might be a good idea as well as to remind to take care of your lady seeking continual improvement, continually slick, and continually impressing and pleasing.
