just want to know guys how many times a week u train with heavy eights while "on" talking about 5-8 reps,

1)do u get burnout
2)do u have to take week off in cycle or so

I been going heavy and pushing myself for 5 months. So far I took 1 week off cause I got a bad sinus cold. I am thinking of doing light/moderate 10-12's though for 30-45 days

while on, i'd say go balls to the wall entire cycle.

Heavy 8's?
If you can do more than 5, it ain't heavy enough.
3 times per week 1 - 5 reps per set for compound movements, followed by isolation work at 10 reps per set.
I don't burnout 'cause I only train 3 times per week on a 4 way split. Gives each bodypart 9 to 10 days recovery time.

My rules apply on or off cycle...

For someone as not as huge and developed as you, this is a good way to get hurt while on. Strength is going through the roof and you try and max out every time?

I always lift heavy in the 7-10 rep range.

proper training is proper training regardless of hormones. follow basic progression and you should be fine. you could start at a low percentage of your maxes in say the 8 rep range and gradually progress over the course of several weeks. maxing out and setting new prs in each rep range and peek with singles at the end of your cycle.

I just started my first cycle and I feel I can do a "little" more, I would say go all out.

Don't you wanna know what your capable of?

Good point.
If you don't train heavy singles off cycle, then your tendons might be at risk doing heavy singles on cycle.

I train heavy all the time 2 to 7 reps and 10 to 15 on tri's bi's traps and 2 sets of 100's on calf's.
don't do singles very often at all.
