how many times a week should i be jumping?

i was just woundering how many times a week i should be working on my jumping (tequ., form, and such) to keep up when im weight training. my training is for power whatever i do. i just dont want to over excert myself. if im weight training atleast 3 times a week.
 
I do some jumps at the end of my squat/dl workouts, so twice a week for me.
 
2-3 times a week, you should do some form of jumping if your goal is to increase your vertical. Look for ccj's thread on vertical jump it is one of the best threads on this board
