GRADUALLY WORK YOUR WAY UP. IF YOU GET THE
URGE TO GO A SECOND TIME GO TO THE FRIDGE, GRAB
A COLD ONE, SIT ON YOUR LAZY BOY UNTIL THE URGE
GOES AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5 days a week. I split arms into 2 workouts and legs into 2 workouts. Since I am pre-contest now I guess you could say I do 3 a day sometimes on arms or leg days if you include when I do cardio that morning. Each of my arm and leg workouts are for only 30-40 minutes so I don't feel I am overtraining. - cbeaks
