URGE TO GO A SECOND TIME GO TO THE FRIDGE, GRAB
A COLD ONE, SIT ON YOUR LAZY BOY UNTIL THE URGE

Maybe I misunderstood the the topic. "How many times a day do you workout?"

Well I workout only once a day, for about two hours a time. And I workout 6 times a week. I hope this helps.
 
5 days a week. I split arms into 2 workouts and legs into 2 workouts. Since I am pre-contest now I guess you could say I do 3 a day sometimes on arms or leg days if you include when I do cardio that morning. Each of my arm and leg workouts are for only 30-40 minutes so I don't feel I am overtraining. - cbeaks
 
I worked out real hard one time (full body of course) when I was a kid then just kept eating d-bol every 4 hours for the past 15 yrs. Man what a pump!:alien: :jump:
 
You mean I am supposed to be working out too? Shit... I thought these Ultimate hgh tabs did it all while I slept.

hmmm... go figure :)
