How Many Reps Do You Do For Triceps? (probably a repost)

so how many reps do think is effecient for maximum size? i generally do 4 sets of 8-10 reps but i'm not feeling the pumps. the triceps are already subject to a lot of stress (military presses, bench presses, dips) and obviously iso exercises, so i've been thinking about increasing the reps to 12-15(?)
 
Antagonistic supersets and dropsets are excellent methods for getting the all-important pump. Do, say, 3 groups of 3-set supersets with 10-15 reps, making sure you use different exercises for each group so you hit all of the heads of the triceps. After finishing one of these bad boys on arm day, my bis and tris are so pumped I have to wait about 10 minutes before I can move my arms enough to take off my shirt and shower.
