I checked acronym finder for REPS to attempt to fathom this thread.

REPS Radar Echo Pulse Simulator
REPS Radio Enthusiasts of Puget Sound
REPS Regional Emissions Projection System
REPS Regional Energy Efficiency Program Sponsors
REPS Reinstated Entitlements Program for Survivors
REPS Repetitive Electromagnetic Pulse Simulator

The only one that seemed to make any sense at all is 'Radio Enthusiasts of Puget Sound'.

So, how many Radio Enthusiasts does everyone do while bulking and is the trip to Puget Sound really worth it?

bulking cycles get rather repetitious.

I hate this thread, can we get this deleted?

i think the dude wanted to know how many repititions people do per set when trying to bulk. i dunno, i thought it made sense
You could be right but that doesn't explain why he'd put reps as REPS.

Maybe he's asking how times do you repeat at the all-you-can-eat diner.

For archaic reasons, I think Puget would sound like 'Whulge'.

Once again, Mr. Wump eloquently answers our questions with speed and precision. As if his head were on a swivel, he cooly replies to stupid queries from all directions. Alex Trebec on acid would appear to be in slow motion in comparison...

You guys lift when cycling?? I just stick needles in my ass pop a few Dbols maybe some winny, then I just kick back wait for the transformation to happen. On a Dbol only cycle I gain like 10 pounds in just one week

Haha that actually made me choke on my damn food..

Well personally when im bulking it depends on how instense I go dude... I think that when people start putting really light weight on the bars its kinda gay...

I always train heavy but I typically do 2 sets with a rep range of 9-12 and when I am on the 12th I am struggling but not so much I have to really cheat. I then will do 2-3 sets at my max workload that I can rep for 6-8 times.

Sometimes ill throw a drop set in or two at the end and subtract 10lbs per drop set or more depends really.

I hope that helps a little dude but dont be a pansy and use extreme light weight and do like 30 reps that you see those emeciated runners coming in and doing. Your just wasting time in my oppinion.

STFU, blut is a good bro.

as long as she was a cute 5'3 blonde lingerie rep......as many as i could.

medium weight to heavy tapering down, low "reps" 3 - 5 sets.

for me i find that when i do more reps like sets of 30 i tear my muscle up more and it grows back bigger...where as when i just do heavy wieght....it is tough but the next day i am not half as sore...and dont really feel like im growing

soreness doesn't indicate growth - it indicates poor conditioning to the workload (be it volume or be it frequency of workouts).

The heavier I go, the more I grow.

Usually I start a cycle and my workout consists of 3-4 sets of 10 reps. With each passing week, I raise the waeight and increase the sets while lowering the reps. By the last couple weeks of my cycle I am on 6 sets of 5 reps and really moving some weight around.

It all depends on the day. Are you tired, more energized, what exercise are you doing. What muscle are you targeting. How did you lift the last few times with that muscle. Bulking or cutting should not matter when you are looking at rep ranges. Start trying to know your body and go with what feels right. Today I started out with 10-12 reps and by the end I was doing 5 or 6 reps. The heavier you go and the more fatigued you get, plus the quicker you lift all depends on what your body can do.
