How many pumps?

i was ono a cycle of test deca, but i think the gear was fake, but the deca may be real. so to be safe i want to start aifm, either i was on nothing or 400 mg of deca a week. cause i only gained 8 lbs in 6 weeks so i think the deca could of been real but not the test. i didnt feel any effects from either.

HOw may pumps a day? and how long?

Start 1 pump in the morning and 1 pump in the evening. If that isn't good enough then go up from there.

how am i gonna know if its good enough? will i feel effects?
 
when was your last shot of deca?

2 pumps per day as reccomended above for 2-3 weeks. continue at 1-2 pumps until you feel recovered or get tired of using AIFM (many use it to keep test levels higher off cycle)

last shot of deca was Monday. should i start aifm today?

yes. the above directions should be appropriate. you might also want to consider clomid as nandrolone can be quite suppressive. it can be added at any time, just 2 weeks at 50mg/day.
