I just took another job on 2nd shift at the steel plant from 3 - 11 pm and the hours suck badly. I have 3 girls 11, 6, 3, and have to baby sit one untill 12 they I take her to the baby sitters. Ive tried to lift after I take them to the baby sitters but its impossible cause I keep looking at my watch and thinking bout what I have to do before work . So I'm going to start Lifting after I get off at 11. My job is really easy all I basically do Is stand around for 8 hours so it wont use much energy. Will this hurt my training lifting late at night?
